Courtesy Notice on Leaves

Governors Run Homeowners’ Association (GRHOA)

Dear Homeowner,

We hope you’re doing well. During last Fall’s yard maintenance season, it appears that leaves were blown or left in the street instead of being collected.

To keep our neighborhood clean and safe—and to prevent clogged drains or slippery conditions—please ensure that all leaves and debris are collected and not placed in the roadway. This expectation is supported by our governing documents, which prohibit creating nuisances (Declaration, Article VII, Section 6) and require proper yard maintenance (ARC Review Guidelines).

What To Do

  • Collect and remove leaves from your property.
  • Keep the street and gutters clear.
  • Remind any contractors to follow these requirements.

This is a friendly reminder; however, continued issues may result in formal enforcement. Thank you for helping keep Governors Run looking its best.

Warm regards,

Governors Run Homeowners’ Association
