The Homeowners Association contracts with LMC Landscaping for lawn maintenance of the community’s common areas.
New residents may be interested to know that LMC will also provide lawn service and snow removal services for individual homeowners. For every homeowner who contracts with LMC, the Homeowners Association receives a credit of $75 against its account.
