New residents may be interested to know that LMC will also provide lawn service and snow removal services for individual homeowners. For every homeowner who contracts with LMC, the Homeowners Association receives a credit of $75 against its account. 410-944-5332 - Clearing Your Sidewalks: “It is the duty and obligation of the owner of property abutting a sidewalk in a public right of way to remove snow from the sidewalk within 48 hours after the snow has fallen.” (Howard County Code, Section 18.402(h). Please lend a helping hand to any neighbors who may be physically or otherwise unable to remove the snow.
- Snow Help Program: The Howard County Senior Information and Assistance Office (look under “Program Assistance”) has a “Snow Help” program which coordinates volunteers willing to help remove snow for seniors and physically disable individuals. If you need assistance with snow removal or would like to volunteer, please call 410-313-7212.
